Associated with Richert company since he can remember. He gained experience on construction sites starting as a labourer and operator. He learned to work on any equipment to later lead the largest infrastructure contracts in Poland. Hence, he has an impressive knowledge of construction.
He now successfully manages Richert, growing the company at an astonishing rate.
He devotes his free time, although very little of it, entirely to his family.
Graduate of Gdansk University of Technology, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, majoring in construction. She is authorized to direct construction works without limitations in the road specialty. She has gained twelve years of experience supervising both earthworks and bituminous works.
She has been with Richert for over 8 years, starting as a works manager. Currently, she is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve the company's operations.
Privately, a mother of a three-year-old girl, passionate about tailoring and playing the piano.
An economist by education, with a passion for finance. Already more than 40 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry.

A graduate of the Gdansk University of Technology. Holds an unlimited construction license in the road specialty to manage construction works and a construction license to manage construction works without limitations in the railroad engineering specialty in the field of railroad construction facilities. More than 13 years of experience in the construction industry. From the beginning of his adventure associated with earthworks and road works. He gained his experience working from site engineer, through foreman, Works Manager, ending up as Deputy Contract Director for road works.
He took part in the largest construction projects in northern Poland.
He has been working with Richert since 2022. He is primarily engaged in the management and coordination of investment processes and representing the company to the Investor.
Outside of work, he is interested in sports ( mainly speedway and alpine skiing) and travel.
In 2009, he graduated from the Gdansk University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, and has been professionally active since exactly that year, specializing in road construction. Since 2012, at Richert, he has served as works manager on our largest and most key contracts. He coordinates the operation of GPS systems on our equipment.
Outside of work, he tries above all to spend as much time as possible with his family. Privately, he is passionate about fishing and motorization.
A graduate of Gdansk University of Technology, he majored in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
He has been working in the profession for 14 years. He has been employed at Richert since 2014, the first two years he worked as an engineer, then became a manager and runs construction works independently. He holds an unlimited construction license in the road specialty to manage construction works

Graduate of Gdansk University of Technology, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering. During the last hard 7 years of his professional path he has traveled all over northern Poland on contracts (from Bialogard to Olsztyn, including Warsaw on the way).
The construction industry, especially roads, has always been his great passion and with it he tied his future. Creative, consistent in action, but at the same time very meticulous. His motto on construction sites: Meters and tons and the manager will be satisfied."

He is a graduate of the Elbląg University of Humanities and Economics in Elbląg and the State Construction School in Gdansk.
His adventure with the construction industry spans 17 years. Working in this industry, he is happy to leave something behind, something that will serve other people for many years. Joyful, always willing to help.
Privately, he loves fishing, occasionally pulls some barbell in the gym.
He graduated from a Construction Technical School and completed engineering studies at the Gdansk University of Technology, majoring in production management and engineering, specializing in construction.
He has been working in the earthworks and road construction industry for more than 10 years. In Richert company I work as a foreman of works and mainly deal with earthworks and road works at investments in construction of large-area halls.
Privately passionate about French bulldogs, fishing and militaria.
Trained as an electrical machine technician.
He has been working with Richert for 16 years. He started as a truck driver, then a tanker driver. Currently, for 4 years, foreman independently leading construction sites.
Privately a lover of fishing.
He is trained as a surveying technician but has worked as a site foreman supervising earthworks for 20 years. Dozens of supervised construction sites have given him tremendous experience in the industry

In his spare time he is passionate about military history.
Graduate of the Higher School of Banking in Gdansk. An electronics technician by profession. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been involved in the automotive industry, mechanical repair, body and paint work. For the last 8 years he has worked as a car appraiser. He gained his experience by starting to learn about the construction of vehicles, technological repairs, working on the various departments and stages involved in the description and repair. He is no stranger to working alone as well as in large teams. Communicative, energetic, eager to work and develop in what he does.
He has been working with Richert since 2023.
Outside of work, he is interested in motosport and fishing.
She organizes the work of drivers, sales of aggregates, fuel accounting.
She has been with Richert company since 2011. Working in various positions, she got to know the company inside out. She knows all the employees, and all the employees know her.
Privately, a mother of two adult daughters, passionate about literature and cooking.
She has been managing a fleet of vehicles at Richert since 2023.
Second year student at the College of Vocational Training majoring in administration. In the previous company a coordinator. She has training as a Coach confirmed by the corresponding certificate.

The payroll is " in her blood". She gained theoretical knowledge from the University of Gdansk and then from the Gdansk University of Technology - postgraduate studies.
She gained her experience in the field of human resources and payroll in organizations from the administration and production sectors. In addition, she completed a number of specialized training courses in administrative, labor and tax law, confirmed by appropriate certificates.
She devotes her free time to her family and to cultivate plants in her garden.
Since the beginning of her professional life, she has been closely involved in administration. She began to gain her, more than 16 years of experience in the position of secretary in a transport company, through the position of office worker in a construction company, further expanding her knowledge in the position of online store administrator.
She associates her professional future with work in human resources, having completed a certified course in HR and Payroll Specialist. Currently, she is further expanding her knowledge in this area by attending more courses.

Outside of work, I am interested in cooking, interior design and am passionate about the Fiat 500.
Graduate of the Higher School of Banking in Gdansk in the field of Finance and Accounting of Enterprises. She started working in accounting in 1998. Since 2005 she has been running her own business - Accounting Office.
Since 2021 she has been associated with RICHERT company.
Since 2012, she has served as a social judge in the District Court in Gdansk in the Criminal Department, and for 3 years also as a probation officer in the District Court in Gdansk.
Privately a wife, mother of an adult daughter and owner of 2 dogs. She is interested in good music and exploring the world.
An accountant with seven years of experience, but finance has been going with her since high school where I obtained the title of economic technician. She graduated with a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Gdansk School of Banking.
She owes her previous professional experience to her work as an accountant in companies operating in the commercial sector. She is constantly expanding the scope of her knowledge by taking part in various courses and trainings.
Privately, a mother of two boys. She loves hiking in the mountains, and her latest passion is gardening.
After graduating from Gdansk University of Technology in 2022 with a master's degree in transportation, she serves as a construction engineer, engaging in road infrastructure development. At the same time, she has extensive knowledge of rail transportation.
The current contract "Construction of the Tri-City Metropolitan Bypass - Task 2".
In addition to the professional field, he develops his passion in the field of confectionery.
In 2023, she graduated from the Koszalin University of Technology with a master's degree in Civil Engineering and has been with Richert as a Construction Engineer since then.
In the future, she plans to obtain a construction license to manage works.
She devotes her free time to traveling.
