The construction of the route was planned in connection with the preparation of Gdansk for the 2012 European Football Championship and included in the regulations for projects necessary for the tournament . Construction began in 2011, and the road was put into service in 2013. The target length of the route is 10 km The section we are constructing runs along Slowackiego Street from the intersection with Potokowa Street in the district of Bretowo to Trawki Street, and then as Aleja Zolnierzy Wyklętych through Wrzeszcz to the Baltic Gallery, where it crosses the main thoroughfare of the Tricity in the form of Grunwaldzka Avenue (provincial road No. 468). The further part of the route, as the so-called "New Kosciuszko" runs via a viaduct over Grunwaldzka Avenue and a viaduct along Kosciuszko Street over the E-65 Warsaw-Gdynia railroad line. Then, after the railroad viaduct, the route turns left from Kosciuszki Street and, following the footprint of Hynka Street, runs to the area of Zaspa Gallery, where it ends at the intersection with Legion Avenue and Rzeczypospolitej Avenue. We carried out the work in the period from May 2011 to February 2013.

● delivery of humus with incorporation

● paving works
● execution of construction layers
