Construction of two logistics and industrial halls located in Elblag at Nizinna 23. The scope of our work includes the construction of embankment and foundation layers of cement stabilization made directly on site, along with concrete block pavement for the entire road system amounting to more than 23,000 m2 and the construction embankment for the floor of the halls with stabilization of two layers with a total area of nearly 20,000 m2.
Work began in December 2021 and the first hall, whose investor is the courier company DPD, was put into operation in July 2022. The completion date for the second phase is expected at the end of July 2022. Despite the unfavorable period for earthworks falling in winter and early spring during the course of intensive work, as well as unfavorable ground conditions due to the location of the construction site in the Vistula Marshland, with determination and due diligence the construction will be completed on time. Currently, work is being carried out to finish the pedestrian walkways and green areas on the project site. Please find attached some photos of the ongoing work.
